WHAT'S SLOWED US DOWN?
Yep...no matter how much good will I have to accomodate those who do not appear to have to 45% match their pending with a new total of active upgrades, I do need to keep in mind overall program performance. And I am getting bogged.
Therefore, another tough decision time: Beginning expiries of Sep. 4th server time, IF you do not have the required 45% left in active upgrades, you will need to work on it if you wish to receive payments. In other words, there is no time limited placed on your account - since it has been at least once upgraded, it is not considered for deletion as is the case with free accounts that have never upgraded (these are removed after 7 days).

In other words, I will now focus on paying first of all those who DO HAVE 45% in active upgrades and are already on the pending list. THEN I'll catch up on all those that need a little help AND are pendings from before, and including, Sep. 3rd. ANY NEW pendings, from Sep. 4th onwards, WILL need to be matched with 45% value in total of active upgrades for payments to be processed - BUT, those who are not able to match immediately, will be welcome to do so WHENEVER they are ready to purchase more upgrades.
Hope I was able to explain this clearly - meanwhile, back to it after a very busy (and enjoyable!) Father's Day here in Oz.

After it was brought many times in ASA forum, Bob decided to implement the 50/50 rule for 15HD. Though I agree that this will prolong the lifespan of a popular autosurf as well as hinders "Hit-and-Runners", the fact remains that an autosurf is a game and has a shelflife that will end once there are no longer any interest. 50/50 rule is only prolonging the inevitable. Autosurfs evolves everyday, coming out with new ideas and better returns with only one sole purpose.. to rope in new members and greed is very potent.

Dear Members,

We have witnessed tremendous growth and success in both 15hitsdaily and treo-surf, memberships have increased rapidly, the VM automatic upgrade system is working perfectly with the exception of a small glitch on VM's side of the fence, but that has been fixed.

In this letter I will address several topics. I have always been a strong believer in good communication, you cannot run a business by not letting the right hand know what the left hand is doing. The first thing I would like to discuss is the 50/50 rule. There has been much talk about this and who is for it and who is against it. This is something that needs to happen in order for our program to build momentum and to insure longevity. It is never my desire to hold any members money hostage, my only desire to create a viable business model that will sustain itself and promote growth. I’m quite sure that you will agree, we need stability in this industry. The 50/50 rule helps to provide a certain level of stability. If you are apposed to this rule it could be due to a lack of understanding as to the intention of the rule. Please try and stay open minded as we move forward.

As of Sep 15, 2006 we will implement the 50/50 rule on 15hitsdaily.com, I understand there will be some that choose to leave the program and some will stay, I humbly request that if you choose to leave the program that you not speak negative or derogatory about us, as we have done all that we can to keep this program going, I feel that I have taken care of you as best I can and would appreciate your kind attention to this fact. Thank you in advance.

Also, I am aware of the references to “Midas surf” in some parts of our site, let meassure you 15hitsdaily or Treo-surf are in no way connected “Midas Surf” except for the fact that we both use the same website security and programming company. The script that was used on Midas surf is the same script for both of our sites and some details were just over looked prior to our launch. We are locating these references to Midas surf and removing them promptly.

Virtual Money cards, We are sending the VM cards out as fast as we can. There are a lot of orders and it takes time. Please be patient as we will get all orders processed as quickly as possible, Also There are 175 VM cards sent out that still have not been activated. I would kindly ask that you not request a free VM card if you have no intention of using it.

We have drafted the final version of the 50/50 rule and we will be adding it to both sites A.S.A.P.
When the terms of the 50/50 rule are posted I will announce it via email.

One last point, We have resumed our original plans of building a network of sites, Treo-Surf is the second of 5 sites that will be launched by the end of 2006. Please join me in celebrating the forward movement in our business plan.

This is the second time GAP's e-gold was changed. This time it was changed to 3536077. Best way to protect yourselves is to keep a list of e-gold account of all the autosurf programs you join. Use Roboform's Safenotes to do that, it's easy once you get use to it.

Here's Trish's take on how the hacker manage to change GAP's e-gold number,

well, right now I think the only way they are left with is the actual memo field on the e-gold payment interface... it is not like the hackers get [as in "walk in"] to my space on the server and do stuff...they simply use any space where they can post a link containing a script line, which in turn does the trick of replacing the egold number with theirs...they would do that usually via the link submission [now ya all know why my link approving staff are in place - and TRUST ME...it's a shocker of a job going through each link daily - she's my angel]...they would also do it via the signup page [this has been secured and none of the fields will accept anything that could resemble a script]...they would do it via the profile edit page [well, that is still waiting for T.'s clone to get to and secure somehow or at least attempt before enabling for members]...they also are somehow able to do it while creating a new account via e-gold affiliate link if such is posted on site [these are now gone off GAP's face] - so there ya go - ways of hackers' I've learned so far just by looking my eyes out day in day out...until next time they get inventive - and ya thought I was here with my feet up sipping on margaritas :D ;)

I am determined to work out a way of securing that dang e-gold payment form - it should realy be something e-gold people should have done long time ago. As well as setting the e-gold account name UNIQUE - I really feel like talking to somebody with brains there [if such person exists]. Meanwhile I have to try my own best :?

Hi! I was admin of tzhyip.com yesterday I recieved e-mail that I must buy a license, than after 2 minutes I looked on my site and stats was going wrong-all active users got deleted,and plans also! I thinked maybe some bug in server, than I got another e-mail from admin@goldcoders.com that I must buy license as fast as possible, and again after 2 minutes when I was finished restoring site another time they deleted stats sad.gif

And THE BEST IS THAT WHEN I LOOKED IN PHPMYADMIN where is access logs Ip showed:85.195.123.22 but It's not my ip! Than I looked in my e-mails which goldcoders where sent me yesterday, and it was same ip what was in my hyip admin panel!
That means-Goldcoders.com hacked my admin panel ,changed passwords, and e-gold account number, They are stupid Pigs ! I have reported them to e-gold and another 1 good place, and If they will be cought they will need to pay a very large fees smile.gif

E-Gold : Typo

An error made by someone in e-gold few hours ago caused a bit of panic. E-gold was listed as USD$318.00 per oz when it should have been USD$618 per oz.

Error has now been rectified and everything seems to be back to normal.

IMPORTANT CHANGE:
A lot of work AND thinking has been done this end.
I do hope that not many of you wish to see me dead [as in "dead person" who forgot to eat and sleep] nor dead GAP [as in the admin had no time left for business but to process payouts]. The following is to aide both to stay alive:

1. Effective immediately, in order to receive payouts, your remaining active upgrades will need to add up to AT LEAST 45% of your pending payout.
for example:
your pending payout is $378
your remaining upgrades will need to add up to AT LEAST $$170.10

2. 3rd upgrade option is added - to help you ease into the change and spread yourselves a little.

PLEASE NOTE: a "more-or-less" approach will be adopted for the next few payout runs (so if your remaining upgrades are around the 45% mark, you'll be fine). However, if you have been doing the $1 thing while awaiting a $1260 payout, you'll need to change your ways, I'm afraid.

We've got a good thing going here and I trust you realise this. I am a rather dedicated person and, like it or not, there must be something right I've been doing for the past few years to keep me still around and not burning of shame.

GAP's e-gold number was changed to 3534715 (TotalRuneRevamped) yesterday. However, this isn't TRR's account, the hacker was just having some fun with TRR's name.

Sadly, a couple of GAP members was duped before a limit was placed on that account.

On the bright side, Trish got it all fixed.

Things are looking up for 12By12Daily.

Hi everybody,
A quick update.

1. Contact Requests. Please make sure your email is necessary before emailing us. While we were working on fixing the accounts a staggering 90% of the emails we received were unnecessary, as they had already been answered in the updates. Many were asking for payments, but by the time we got to read them the payouts had already been done. many others were asking for their account to be corrected, and we had already advised members in the updates that corrections would be done at the time of payout. Apart from the extra workload this is thrusting upon us, it is also unfair on those members who have genuine issues that need to be resolved.

2. Payouts. On a brighter note, we managed to catch up on all the payouts in just a little over the 5 days we promised. There were some members who had 2 expired upgrades and reverted to free members, which suffered further delays, and I apologise for that, but they have all been caught up now. All other eligible payouts have been paid every day, on time, for 16 consecutive days and will continue that way. Don't forget, that to be eligible for payout you must have an active upgrade.

3. Referral commission. In order to catch up the outstanding surfing payments we had to put referral commissions on hold. The reason for this was that in many cases they were being credited twice. We are working on a new system, whereby referral commissions will be paid separately, and should have some good news for you on that front in a few days.

4. Canadian Members who have been having trouble loggin in, we are in touch with our host, and Sympatico, and hope to have a resolution for you soon.

5. Incorrect Cash Balances or Pending Balances. Please do not email us about this. We are aware of it, and as advised previously they will be fixed at the time of cashout. Also, if you happen to miss a days surfing for any reason, there is no need to email us, you will be credited for the full 12 days surfing on each upgrade.

In light of recent events, we sincerely regret to inform you that we are
suspending all transactions other than credit card processing for merchants
for at least 120 days. This is due to the fact that the issues surrounding
our problems with Wachovia, debit cards, ACH and our previous credit card
processor have resulted in almost no new business, making it impossible to
continue business at this time.

Instead we will continue to pursue legal actions against Wachovia, the State
of Delaware and others in order to recover every last penny that has been
frozen that belong to our clients. The funds are by no means lost, just tied
up in litigation. These matters can and often do take lengthy court
proceedings and has resulted in this temporary suspension of services.

Furthermore, we are suspending all Canadian issued UniClear debit cards
indefinitely as a result of continued difficulties with the Financial
Institutions Commission of British Columbia (FICOM). Previous balances are
being credited back to UniClear accounts.

During this 120 day period:

We will not be accepting any funds for credit to any UniClear accounts;
We will not be offering any debit cards or card loads;
We will not be honoring any funds transfer requests from any UniClear
accounts;
We will not be providing telephone or email support for any UniClear
accounts;

We are working to succeed through tremendous difficulties, including
Wachovia Bank and the State of Delaware freezing millions of dollars in
assets, our merchant and credit card processing being discontinued
unexpectedly, and a cease and desist order issued against our Canadian
debit card platform.

These issues have eliminated many of our most profitable services and
created constant delays for our customers, which has caused immeasurable
damage to our reputation and slowed our business to a crawl. We cannot
afford to employ the staff necessary to support your accounts until we
resolve these issues and resume merchant processing.

We appreciate your understanding and continued patience during the next
120 days.

A heads up, and an Explination of My Ranting of Late
First off, I should be heading home here by the weekend. So, I can take the Farmer hat off, and go back to full force getting things done.
I got all sites approved/disapproved at KnightsGold yesterday, and when I get home, I will be making the payouts I can. Camelot approvals should be done late today, and payouts the same, except, it will be opened again on Camelot on Sept 1st. with a limit of $300.

HEADS UP: Big Daddy Surf cashouts this weekend might be a little late opening, it depends on when I leave from here, as Denise and I like to travel at night, because of our son, and the fact Traffic is lite, no matter what. There IS Not a problem.. so do NOT panic. I will also be upping the limit for this cashout to $600, not $500 as previously stated. Then Next week will be t he real test, when I up it to $1000, and we will know for sure, if it is sustainable. if not at $1000, I may try one more at $800, if it is a No go, I will go back to the 1st and 15th, as we started with.

Now, an explination of my "franticness" and moving from Mr Nice Guy to Mr I dont Care:
1. Personal problems with a certain person... my sisters boyfriend... The easy version is he does not understand I am resposible for $1000's upon $1000's of dollars, and cannot miss a day on the Net. His older wireless router was failing, so I switched it out, well, the short version we almost came to blows, and I got the cops called on me. For throwing Tomatoes at him... he is almost 50, 6'3 250ish, I am 5'10 280 ish... yeah I got my beer gut going on, but it aint THAT bad... hehehe.... Anyways, the mere presence of this person puts me on edge.

2. Stupid People! Ok, not Everyone is stupid, but I try and keep everyone informed, and cannot help it if your email address bounces my system mails... I can't. And when I get 10 emails RIGHT AFTER sending out the Mass mail, about what I just covered, in PLAIN Terms... after a Year of this, it is getting TIRING! Yes, I chose to be the admin, Yes, it is my responsibility to make available all info I can.... and for the most part I do! A forum, "News" links, Members areas, and emails, But Not even HALF of people read ANY of it. I Literraly get about 800+ emails a DAY between other Sites mailing out their Updates/NewsLetters, Contact Requests, and more.... I read/skim MOST of them.... and I have said, Time and Again, I WILL NOT respond to "When will I get paid?" Contacts/emails ... When I get the the money is my answer.

3. Stress in General.... I was making a small, but comfy living off of the KS and Camelot Sites, before the whole SP thing... I know SP is old news, but I have bills too, Child Support is $500/mo for 1 kid in California... and Sorry guys, but My daughter's support comes first and foremost, so I will be taking at least $500/mo offline from now on... I aint going to jail for non-payment. Been there once, and it aint fun. My rent is coming up on the 3rd month owed, Power and internet bills are a month behind... so it aint like I am taking the money off, to pay them, and just saying "Screw you" to my members, However, I may have to start...without the "screw you".... So YES I am Stressed to the max and ready to start pimpslappin some people...

4. Other people Programs.... Tired of hearing about them. If I post something wrong, or missed something, point it out, like the other person did, with my post on David C. .... I am going to give 12x12 another good go, and hope for the best. So, Dave, dont hate me, cause I am fat ... hehehehe... and a bit moody sometimes. However, MOST other programs, people are "comparing" or complaining I do not promote or "go heavy" in... are gone/resetting. I got bit by 13dp, with the whole reset thing to the tune of $2600, and I dont see it coming in any time soon. I still throw $100 to $150, cause up until then, they paid me fast, and ricky tick, a little slower now, but I get paid. APP has $300, Now Dollar has about $150, 24dp has about $200 of our eBullion, etc, and I could list more, but do not want to, at least not at this time....

I am also going to say this, I was up to what I would say was $3000 PROFIT, per month for ME alone, while paying out at KS, now, that has gone. And I WANT it BACK! That is why I am not leaving. I could even walk away with at least $15,000 total, right now, with no regrets... but my Conceince.. .... would eat me alive.

Ok, off to check a few things before bed.

GAP server went down couple of hours ago and Trish is on it. Here's her post over at MMG forum

Server must have gone down shortly after my trip to bed (around 2am my time) and I only found out wehn I got back to the office a short while ago. We're now waiting for the server finger to push the re-boot button - simple as that.
Instead of getting crossed, try to imagine what this means to me....catch up times again, as I cannot stop any of my other schedules [unfortunately] to be round the clock at GAP.

Well, fixes are moving along but before payments could start again for this "re-launch" , some members are talking about a 50/50 cashout rule which was initiated by Jake of ASA forum. Many dislike the idea so Bob sent a mail. Bob has manage to delay payments for 4 weeks so I hope it's not another ploy.

I’m very pleased to write today as we continue to make great strides in getting all accounts back to normal. I hope that everyone has a full understanding of the method we are using to balance funds in your accounts. I wanted to touch on a few issues today in an effort to calm any speculation or rumor.

First of all, I am talking to other admin’s that currently have the 50/50 rule in place. The one big perception of the 50/50 rule is that “only businesses in financial trouble would invoke the 50/50 rule” Not true! There are a number of sites that are considering the 50/50 rule and they are nowhere near being in financial trouble. There are logistics behind the scenes that people don’t understand.

One very big reason an autosurf will go down is to what I call “Hit and Run surfers” these are people that max out in a program, surf the required sites then take there profits and leave. Never upgrading again. The 50/50 rule was designed to stop this kind of activity. We want people to continue to upgrade and stay in the program which gives us more time to do what we have to do in order to make a profit.

Look at like this, If every member of the local credit union walked in to the branch and withdrew there money and never came back. That credit union would fold, because they would have no money to do loans, or to place in the stock market, etc... So, just because a 50/50 rule is imposed doesn’t mean that it’s a bad thing you should look at it as a good move, You should consider it a strategy to keep the program going indefinitely.

I can assure you that no matter what the decision it will be fair and easy for everyone to live with. Besides I think we have all been through enough the last couple of weeks and I don’t intend on adding to your trouble.

Yes, new cashout rules are going to start this Saturday, on a "testing" basis, it is not going to be set in stone, unless it is sustainable.
SO, starting Saturday Aug 19th. I am opening cashouts with a limit of $300 on the amount to be requested..
After that, the limit will be raised to $500 each Saturday.

I am also thinking about adding to the total amount of Big Daddy Ads, you can purchase, to $1000 Max. But I still have to crunch some numbers

We will be better than ever and alot more secure.

I did speak with "JayB" a short time ago and he is putting the finishing touches on the site right now. JayB is loading the processor info and making sure there are no glitches when we relaunch. I have seen the new site and it looks really really good, Not to mention the security in place now.

I also want to apologise for not sending any mass emails but in my defence I have not been able to access my admin panel as we have been loading the new script and I have not had access to the members files.

I will come back and post as soon as I hear back from JayB. Keep your chin up! I haven't let anyone down yet and I won't start now!

Scotty just opened the cashout button and the cashout fee is a whopping 21%!!..
For members who upgraded just before the program closed, this will probably wipe out their profits... but be thankful if you get something back.

Now, I don't mind paying the huge fee but Scotty should have the decency to inform us about it.

New Payout Schedule?

Do you like or dislike our proposed new payout schedule?
EZ Payouts to be processed on Monday Wedensday and Friday.
Wicked payouts to be processed on Thursday, and Saturday if needed.
This will give us a more structured routine and allow us time to manage the other sites we have, plus give us family time. This schedule should keep us well within our current terms on both sites. We really want to know what the members think so please go vote so that we can get as accurate a count as possible. These IP,s are the Hacker who hacked 15hitsdaily, APP & according to my source many other sites. This is the most notorious hacker in the world!!!!:X

Please stop changing your processor info in your profiles, thinking that you will get paid out sooner that way. It's not helping, and yes it is causing a problem for me and yes it is slowing me down because everytime I see someone change there info I have to stop what I'm doing and make sure that everything is still ok.

Please folks! you have my word! not 1 person will lose a dime in this program. I know you guys have been through alot with different surf sites. But I think I have proven myself trust worthy. Don't keep changing processors and emailing me telling me your account looks good because it doesn't make a bit of difference. NexxSurf is going on a 50/50 cashout rule, just like GladiatorSurf II. However, doing this at this point may be fatal for the program as we've seen in GladiatorSurf I.

Other changes include,

- 72hr Fast-track payment (not including weekends) for a 5% fee but those current pendings do not qualify. (Another nail in the coffin.)

- Tiered referral system allows those with $5-$3,500 a 5% referral commission and those with $3,501-$6,000 will receive an 11% commission.

End of Day Two of our 5 day fix it plan. By now most of you will notice that your pending amounts are showing correctly. (In some cases showing twice but that doesn't matter we will pick them up as we pay them).

Cash balances are still all over the place, so don't panic if they are not right. There are so many that expired on the 23rd of July, and did not go to pending. I did not realise the problem was that bad. No wonder there were riots in the forums.

We will now spend the next three days making the payouts. If we get no emails in that time, that would be great, as we can concentrate our entire efforts on catching up with these payouts.

At this stage it looks like we should be able to meet our 5 day deadline of having all outstanding payouts made, and payouts on time after that. In addition to making these corrections we have also paid out over a quarter of a million dollars in the last two days

Last 3 support email authors - please, read terms AND the info in News Flash (scrolling down won't go astray either).
Next person to ask "why is my pending showing $0" is going to go to the end of the payout queue" - I DID talk about it in Updates just a couple of days ago.
Here it is again: IF your pending amount shows $0 or any other incorrect amount, it WILL be adjusted at time of payout - not before, not after, but exactly at the time your payment is issued. No need telling us about it - we already know.

It has come to my attention that there is a site in our rotation that is asking people if "They have been scammed by Bob" I am going to assign a staff member the duty of reveiwing every site in our rotation. When I find the site owner i will delete there account and they will forfiet there money then I will ban there ip and email and name. I will also spread the word to all the other surf sites about you and request they do the same.

I am sick and tired of being called a scammer when I have done nothing wrong. I have done everything humanly possible to keep this site in good standings. I have corrected nearly every account in less than 48 hours from coming back on line. The last time I checked every surf site that has claimed to be hacked has shut down. I have moved this site to a new server and have hired a programmer at $75.00 an hour to install extra security to make sure this does not happen again.

Wow it’s been a wild week sorry it’s taken so long for me to get back with you. I need to address a few things. Since the beginning we have been 100% honest with our members and we’ll continue. At the end of last week we got some disturbing news from SafePay about some major fraud going on in our system. We got hit by some scammers trying to destroy our program. So we put in place some internal security features in our system. We had our programmer working all weekend putting them in place. This was to ensure the security of our members advertising dollars. Now onto another thing effective immediately we are no longer taking credit card upgrades with SafePay. There has been way too many problems in this avenue. All upgrades with credit cards placed after today will be refunded and the upgrade cancelled. Now with all the changes we have made, our payouts have been extended tremendously. So with that said effective immediately all payouts will be processed within nine business days. This will give us the ample time to verify each upgrade and ensure there is no fraud. All tickets and emails regarding payments before 9 business days will be deleted. This will give us more time to work on verification of payouts. I know this is a lot for all of you, but if you stick with us you’ll be fine. We’re going to be honest with you 100% of the time. This industry is real flaky right now, so I encourage all of you to stay with someone you trust.

I am no longer going to have the cash out button open tomorrow, instead I am going to have one final cash out request date which will be August 16th. For those who asked earlier about VM - all current exisiting sites with VM are cool - there are no issues and VM is not retracting service from existing approved sellers. At this point they will not take on any more new applications from the Autosurfing industry. This has been their own decison (no NOT government intitiated or anything like that) and Yes has been based on members complaints not happy about well known larger sites that have closed.

Short and simple is if the site currently takes VM then it will be able to continue taking VM as per normal and nothing there has changed.

If there just having trouble logging in because they didn't get there pin # they don't need to create a new account. The only ones that need to make a new account are the ones that had there account deleted and then we will transfer all there account info over to the new account. Bob

URGENT UPDATE 7th August PLEASE READ

Hi Everybody,
I would like to start by saying that despite all the negativity in forums etc, the majority of members are being paid, and are being paid on time. Everybody who has not yet been paid wants to know when they will be paid. I have an inbox full of emails I have not even had time to read yet, let alone respond to. I have responded to some personally, but it is just impossible to respond to them all. Unfortunately I have had to delete all those emails and will try to answer your questions below. We have been working 18 plus hours per day to get these accounts straightened out, so that I can pay you all correctly, and on time. Allow me a brief moment to remind you of some of the problems we have had. One day after launching we experienced problems with the server which made it difficult for everyone to surf. I promised that all members who missed out on any surfing for that time would be credited at the time of their payout. We then had a problem due to the enormous growth of the program, and the inability of the server to cope, which meant that many members who upgraded had their upgrade credited multiple times. These had to be fixed manually. We had other members whose upgrade did not appear at all, and these also had to be added manually. Then when it came time for the first lot of upgrades to expire, the expiry feature did not work properly and the payments did not go to pending as they should have. I take responsibility for all these problems. The only thing I will say is they were not planned, and all the testing we did before launch indicated that it would not happen. Unfortunately it does not matter how much testing we do before launch, we cannot foresee what will happen when the system is put under a heavy load. We are a new program, and all new programs have some teething problems. It seems that the more successful the program, the more severe the problems.

What this means is that practically every account in the database has incorrect information. We have been working 18 hours a day to fix these problems and paying people at the same time. Not everybody has been paid on time, as their accounts have yet to be corrected. Some members seem to think that sending me abusive and threatening emails will speed up the process. It doesn't. I apologise for not having communicated with you better over the last week or so, but it is difficult to tell you what is happening, until I am sure myself. I do not want to be quoted as saying something, and then not being able to back it up with the necessary action. I am now in a position to put an accurate timeframe on fixing these problems.

It will take me five days to fix up the remaining errors and get payouts all up to date. After those five days, all payouts will be made on time once again.

As I mentioned above I do not have time to answer all the emails, so I will answer the most common questions here.

Q. Why haven't I been paid?
A. Due to the fact that each and every account needs to be audited manually we are behind in some members payouts. All these problems will be fixed within five days, and payouts will then revert to the normal 7 day schedule.

Q. My account is incorrect, can you fix it please?
A. We know your account is incorrect. We are currently working on fixing all accounts. Please no more emails about this.

Q. I have signed up but have not received an activation email.
A. We will activate all accounts in this situation from the db twice a day. Please try again in 24 hours.

Q. Why can't you just pay me the amount pending and fix it up later?
A. We need to fix these problems now, or they will just continue to get worse. Please bear with us, we really are working as fast as we can.

Q. I have had two upgrades expire and have not been paid. Do I need to upgrade again to be paid?
A. Yes, and No. If you have not been paid for two expired upgrades we will pay you for the first one. You will need to upgrade again in order to be paid for the second one.

Q. I have just had enough, can I get a refund.
A. No. The terms you agreed to specifically state that no refunds will be offered.

Thank you all for listening. Please, do not send emails if your question is answered above. Our time is more constructively spent if we are correcting accounts and paying people. Paying people is what I enjoy most, so please let us get on with it.

Hey folks,

I'm on "InstantMessage" with Rollersoft right now (maker of the PatsPro Script). The 15HD site has been moved to the new server, and RollerSoft is working on it now. I updated the DNS last night to point to Bob's new server that he leased from us.

The bad news is that the hacking happened over the weekend. The good news is that, in preparation to try and move the site on Friday, we made a backup as well. So, there is a clean database available from sometime mid-morning on Friday. That will likely be the database that is restored, as the later backups already have multiple accounts that were screwed up by the hacker.

Please don't PM or IM us w/ questions about the program itself, as we're not in a position to answer that at all - I just wanted to give an update on the server status.

On my end of the world, the domain already is propagated and is now pointing to the new server, but we still have "blank pages" on the site - which RollerSoft is analyzing now.

This is the new, dedicated server. PatsPro support is authorizing the script and getting new serial # installed now. Don't go nuts when it comes live - the database is shot, and will have to be restored ... like I said, Bob will make the ultimate call, but my suggestion was that he use Friday's backup .. he made a backup b4 bringing the site down yesterday, but it was already compromised.

So, please - in Bob's interest .. don't everybody start logging in and freaking out about their account ... everybody knows ... repeat ... EVERYBODY KNOWS that the accounts will be outdated, and some people who surfed/upgraded, etc .. since Friday .. that data will not be there ... and all cashouts probably won't be there either ... he'l have to start over, and if he wants, he can restore Saturday's backup instead ... I don't know what would be best. But we have both, so that's the good news.

As many of you already know, Surf-Atz has recently been dealing with several problems. There are issues with the script, accounts are being hacked, and there are several people trying to cheat us. I can assure you that I am doing my best to resolve these issues. However, due to recent events, I feel I am unable to keep this site running the way it was meant to be. This decision was not an easy one to make, but I feel that it is necessary. Surf-Atz will not be sold to anyone. My plan of action is simple. I will stop the option to purchase Ad Packages, and with this pay members theirs earnings. As soon as the last member is paid, the site will officially shut down and all information will be terminated. I can guarantee you that I will not sell your information to anyone.

All AlertPay payouts have been completed. About 200 E-Gold requests are still pending. Due to my recent decision to close Surf-Atz, these payouts will be running behind schedule. This means we will most likely not be able to meet our 7 business day time frame. I am sure this is not what members want to hear right now, however this is the route I have chosen to take. The cash out button will be open on August 10th as usual with no option to compound. It will be open again on the 16th of August. At that time all active Ad Packages will have expired and members will be able to request their final payout.

Lastnight as I was doing payouts I was made aware that a few member account had been hacked. Upon further investigation I have discovered that indeed a hacker has infultrated our system and has deleted account and changed payout information. Fortunatly I received the information before it was to late. There were a few accounts that were paid and were wrong.

I have stopped all payouts!

This is for everyones account safety and so I can secure all funds.

Tomorrow when we get the website moved to the new server I will begin auditing hacked accounts and getting this mess straightened out.

I am going to decline all payouts in the system right now. Once I get this straightened out I will open the cashout button and compounding window and we will start all over again from the new server.

This is for all members security! I will not compromise anyones funds.

To temporary resolve referral cheating, there will be no referral commssions for members with the same IP address.

Temporary solution to Singaporean and similar accounts (same IP) - no referral commissions will apply. In other words, such accounts will have their upline as well as downline removed as the next priority task after all payouts are caught up.

Payouts will now take way longer as I will scrupulously audit each and every account, no exceptions. The result: below I will place IPs, email used, link(s) submitted for rotation of scammers who believe I'm an idiot not to notice no funds have ever been deposited into our account from theirs - do they really reckon I've got a mint at the office?

Hello to All,
Hope this finds you well.
I am pleased to say, although many of you have found it frustrating beyond belief (and so have we!), we are well on the way of reaching our goal of smooth operation and payment processing within 7 days, as prescribed.
I trust some of you may be familiar with correcting accounting data...if not, please, use your imagination: 1509 transactions sent to us in just the first day of operation, soon after which technical troubles on the servers followed, certainly not making things any easier to control. 900 the following day, again over 1000 the next, and so on... Almost 14 000 accounts and still growing at huge speeds.
Our IT technician has developed some great reporting and calculating tools for us, and it has certainly sped up correcting accounts for me enormously! Meantime, David has been processing payouts on both, dadndaves and 12by12daily as often as e-gold website allowed it (rather choppy seas there the last couple of days) and as soon as I had corrected accounts ready for him.
We hope you have noticed, surfing has improved too - please, enjoy, while we continue to take care of your accounts.

UPDATE ON DEDICATED SERVER:

Hey Everybody:

Just an update re: the 15HitsDaily Dedicated Server process. If you missed the previous update, please scroll back a few pages and find it.

This process has been delayed because both my primary admin/programmer and Bob's programmer are unavailable. So, although I'm not personally a programmer or server admin ... I spent most of the day working on it anyway. I know my way around the shell/terminal of a linux server, but I really just sell'em .. not service'em!

I successfully got the script and database on the new server; however it would not load and shows up as a "blank" page. From my research this is a result of the encoding and the licensing on the script.

DON'T MISUNDERSTAND: Bob's license is fully valid and the Serial # is valid.

However, this script is setup so that before you can install the script and access the back-end admin area (necessary to restore the database backup), you have to first DE-ACTIVATE the license on the current script (the one we are all surfing) and ACTIVATE it on the new server.

If you do this incorrectly, your serial # will be blocked and you have to contact the script manufacturer for support.

They (the script makers) are in Russia, and won't be back into their office until 9:00 AM Russia Time on Monday.

Bottom line - no script tech support was available, and because 15Hitsdaily is a huge, operating site w/ "cashout" day pending ... I made the judgment call to postpone the migration until Monday when we have immediate access to the support group at the script company.

I didn't want the burden or responsiblity of moving all of those files, the ever-important database, and getting one script de-activated and another script ACTIVATED seamlessly without support's availability. I explained this to Bob and asked him to please try and make it through the weekend. He agreed.

You see - if we got locked out of this script by having it on two servers simultaneously, there would be no operations until Monday - and with the way rumors spread online, that would kill the program, agreed? Better safe than sorry, I say!

I have worked night and day 14 to sometimes 18 hours a day trying to please all of you and keep in constant contact with you, There have been times my head was literally hanging over top of the keyboard as I was answering emails and working to make this program better for all of us.

With that being said, I must address a rumor floating around the forums that we are part of the "Alliance" I will tell you that I was approached by the "Alliance" but I have since turned it down. 15hitsdaily and all of our interest are totally independant and will remain this way!

I have worked way to hard to allow this kind of rumor and speculation to damage the integrity of what I have accomplished. I ask each and every member to please, Believe 1/10th of what you hear and 9/10th's of what you see. I completely understand that alot of you have been burned by bad programs and scams but I have never givin anyone of you reason to fear your security in 15hitsdaily.

Granted, We do have a crappy server and "Yes" we are in the process of changing to a dedicated server. The transition has been more challenging than expected, this is because the script we run is encrypted and it is making things a little more difficult than normal. I promise you I will complete what I have set out to do. And I feel I have given all of you every reason to trust me and not listen to the nay sayers and rumor mongers that go around tying to bring down great programs.

I have given 110% to all of you and this program the least all of you can do for me is stop believing every stupid thing some idiot decides to put in some forum.

Hey Everyone -

Just wanted to bring an update on the server situation ...
As you know, a week ago, Bob purchased a new, dedicated server from our hosting. The server was delivered (built) on Monday evening, and our admin spent Monday and some extra time Tuesday PM configuring the server, installing firewalls, etc.

Typically, in a case like this - we (e-businessonline) simply deliver the server to the admins, and allow the admins and their special programmers or admins to install/upload their scripts, etc. In this case, Bob's primary programmer/admin has been on vacation, and our primary admin/programmer is in Miami on a lengthy business trip. We've also been wrestling with two production servers in our shared hosting division that have been giving us nightmares all week, and gladly, found the culrpit in that last night.

At any case - the new server is setup but we are having trouble getting the script to load properly on the new server. I suspect it's an encoding/decoding problem, but we've installed all the necessary Zend encoders, etc. The script manufacturer is off for the weekend so we're not getting help there.

So - just wanted to apologize for the delay - it's been one of those weeks, and if the script would load properly, we could verify it's operation, stop services on the existing server, export the database, import on the new server, and "go live".

I realize we're nearing "cashout day" so the timing is getting crucial, and may have to be pushed to Monday when the script programmers are back in the office .. they are 8 hours ahead of us.

I know Bob is eager to get it rolling, and we're eager to help - but just thought an official word from the "other side" would be helpful.

First and foremost I'd like to say thank you to all the AT members worldwide who have come to us in our time here as your advertising venue of choice. It's been a pleasure working with you all and we've enjoyed every single day of our journey here.

We've spent last 2 days arguing and fighting over terms and conditions with the potential buyers of AT and those negotiations are now at a close and were unsuccessful. We made every effort to accommodate the buyer's requests while still protecting your memberships and current commissions but it seems clear now that their intentions were less than honorable in reference to any sort of commitment to you the members.

Strangely they failed to see that by not living up to their commitment to your commissions there would be no database to utilize, but I guess that's the way it rolls out. We simply weren't going to compromise with our request to keep the program running, and that was not something that they would agree to so we were forced the close the negotiations and vacate the non-disclosure agreement.

We asked for a minimum of at least 6 months of program continuation to ensure that members would have to opportunity to move away from AT in case they weren't satisfied with the program, or the industry. We agreed to stay on as the management company so that they would not need to train or hire anyone to accomplish this, we agreed to take on ALL administration tasks and to NOT promote any opportunities whatsoever to the membership during this time frame.

It seems to all of us here at the office knowing full well how much work this requires that this was a pretty sweet deal for them, UNLESS they were going to simply dump all the members commissions and use the database for their own marketing needs. By them NOT agreeing to this deal, it seems pretty clear that this was their intention from the very beginning.

So - that being said, and with no other potential buyer on the horizon, Alien Trust will begin the process of closing down effective immediately. Over the course of the next week we will be going through the database and eliminating Ad Viewer members who don't meet the following criteria:

1. You must have no history of any fraud or possible fraud.
2. You must have made at least one Ad Buy purchase from real money.
3. You must have a Virtual Money card on file with us.
4. Your account must be Verified.
5. Your entire profile be must filled in and complete.

Once this process is completed we can then get an accurate depiction of money on accounts and finalize a realistic strategy for potential compensation.

We realize your number one question will be, "How and when will I be paid?" Once we have an accurate accounting of cash on accounts we'll let you know what the process will be.

We understand that this is certainly not what anyone hoped for, but unfortunately that's the way it is.

On a personal note...

Alien Trust did not die, it was murdered by ***holes who lie, steal and cheat, and you can thank them for wrecking what was a wonderful program and a tremendous community of business builders, all of whom had the notion somewhere in the back of their heads...."Hmmmm.... maybe I can find a way to earn a living for myself, and not have to waste my time in the Corporate, Dog eat Dog, back-stabbing world of the traditional 9-5. Maybe, just maybe, I can make something great for my future and for my family."

To all of you, I'm truly sorry that we couldn't stop the hackers from screwing that dream up for you. But we will continue to try.

Even though AT has had it's run, we'll continue to forge ahead with new ideas and new opportunities that will keep the dream alive, and we'll continue to look for a solution that EVERY person can do no matter what your financial, social, educational, or ethnic background may be.

Good people flock together, and we'll continue to seek out those people and try our best to help them build a future they can depend on.

Thanks for your support of GSS. We've paid our nearly $320,000 last week in commission for viewing our ads. As some of you have noticed, we've also missed a few payments that extended past our normal "7-business days" time frame. For that we apologize.

Over the last week, we have noticed a drastic reduction in the amount of ad purchases at GSS Global. This has depleted our initial reserves and has caused our payouts to be delayed. Nevertheless, you have see that we continue to pay out as much as possible.

Earlier this week we paid over $250,000 in advertising commissions to our members, but less than $40,000 was purchased in advertising by new and returning members/customers. All this is likely because of our "7-day" payout policy which was set in place to make sure GSS had a long, prosperous business life. Instead, members choose to "hit and run" to the next site who may pay them faster. It seems that what we established as a means to protect the program has damaged the program instead. We would like to speed up payments for members, but that's impossible to do when the members cashout and do business elsewhere.

Our goal at GSS was to provide a stable, long-term advertising medium which rewarded our members with generous commissions derived from not only the sale of our advertisements, but also the income of outside business opportunities as well. While we have recently begun the process of implementing some of these outside ventures (our partnership and promotion with Invisus, for example), we haven't seen our members stay with us long enough to allow our work to pay off.

As a result, we are experiencing some delays with payouts. This is a direct result of the fact that as a business, we can only pay commissions to vendors if we have active customers.

We hope that you will continue supporting GSS with your advertising purchases. We were established to not be the "blow up, blow out" organization that we often see online. But we also need the support of members who are committed to making it a "Great Success Story".

Let me start by first appologizing for the delay in communication from me. It was not my intention, but so many things have been going on both good and bad.

There was a lot of things I didnt want members to have to worry about, or even have some members stir up rumors about. In any event I am truley sorry for keeping members in the dark and appreciate all of you who have been so patient and supportive.

Now im not gonna bore you with excuses or reasons why things went sour with TR and IMF but they did and I have some Bad News.

TR and IMF are Closing, but before you get all upset please hear me out.
You will NOT lose money!
Let me explain what will happen with your accounts from TR and IMF.

We will be going thru the accounts on an individual basis...if you are NOT in profit and your account is in good standing and you have submitted your paperwork...you will be paid the difference from your investment and what you were paid along the way, plus up to 20%.

Heres an example:
If you put in $100 and were paid $80
You will rec. $20 plus up to another 20% of the $100 which is another $20.

This will make you break even or put you in profit.
If you are in profit or after you have been paid what you are due, your account will be removed.

After all the crooks, hackers, fraudulant accounts, attacks, and what not, we are going to do all we can to make sure that no one loses any money.

I was looking at the database and at least 3/4 of the members are in profit.

That means that 3/4 of you MADE MONEY AT TR AND/OR IMF. This fact alone tells me that there should be no reason why we cant rebound from all the b/s issues that screwed us all up.(Excuse my lango)

Therefore we are considering starting fresh and launching TR Revamped. I am looking into it now, and depending on a few things, this will determine if we launch the new site or not.

We would be going back to our old roots.

Harrolds Media back out because of some negativity? Hmmmm...

Well the last few days events have been very eye opening. I believe Harrolds Media was going to be the company that saved this industry. Their plan was flawless and allowed both owners and members to profit without worry of an autosurf going out of business. But, this is not what happened. Many people took it upon themselves to panic and post information that was not founded on facts.
Harrolds Media has now backed out of their purchase due to the negative publicity seen on the internet in the past few days. I personally was excited when I reviewed their idea and saw their plan to continue purchasing autosurfs and turn around the entire industry one site at a time. I am still confused why someone would rather join a site knowing it will eventually go out of business instead of going with a site that would actually profit and continue?

I have now the task of finishing what I started with APP. Since I believe that the Harrolds Media plan is what will turn this industry around, APP will continue under that plan. We have all rights to OUR intellectual property including our randomizer. The scripts containing the new format of earnings has already been transferred to us and our programmers are implementing it as we speak. I understand better then anyone when there are changes many people panic, many people are used to autosurfs failing and then screaming scam. Understandable, because it happens all the time, but that is because they are all the same, no matter how honest the admin is or how business savvy or how they are run it will fail. You know it, you've seen it over and over and over throughout the years. It will continue unless it is changed. During this time you will be able to log in to app and see the updates, Harrolds messages are being removed. APP will stay located at alertpaypro.com. This may take up to two weeks to finish implementing everything, we will work as fast as possible to speed up that timeframe. We have always done what we thought was best for members and have helped numerous other autosurfs, if you remember we even bought a couple of autosurfs just to pay out those members so they didn't lose money. All of the negativity out there makes us look bad but there is really no reason why we would do everything we have done just to purposely destroy something we put 1000's of hours to create.
HarroldsMedia had the right idea and now we will use that to continue to make sure this entire industry does not crash. No disrespect to other autosurf owners but please look at your site, look at the statistics - you may be the most honest person in the world but take a serious look at your site. Will it be around in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months? This is a truly heartfelt email, take a look at your numbers - if everyone cashed out now and only put 1/10 back in - would it continue? Could it? NO. Under the new model it would continue because the earnings for that day would only be 1/10 of the normal. Under the new system if more advertising dollars came in your affiliates would earn more faster in less days and receive faster earnings payouts. An autosurf can not be run as an investment company - APP was and always will be an advertising company. I really encourage everyone especially owners to look at the new model, I'm not trying to sell this new format, once it's in place I'll give it away for free. This whole industry needs to change or every week a new surf will be listed in the 'not paying' or 'scam' folder of the monitors. History repeats itself and will keep doing so unless these changes are made. I hope everyone understands my points and sees that this really could be what saves autosurfs now and in the future.

Looks like Rob decided to take the easier route out by selling AlertPayPro. The new owners Harrolds Media ran an autosurf in April 2006 but was closed down in May 2006, refunds were made. They recently purchased EGBets.com and rumoured to have bought over AlienTrust as well.

The new owners of APP does not require SSN and photo identification to qualify for membership, so what happens to those that has already been submitted?

Harrolds Media is pleased to announce the acquisition of AlertPayPro we hope this transition will be smooth and that we could have the same repor with you and the previous management has had. Some of you may recognize us from our online casinos, offline media/advertising and billboard advertisements. We have some major announcements and improvements to the autosurf industry as a whole.

The first topic to address, the current autosurf business model is flawed. Having a set percentage for affiliate earnings is the flaw. Unless autosurfs correct this flaw they will fail. As you may have noticed the maximum lifespan of an autosurf is approx 6 months, this is because paying a set percentage will cause the autosurf to instantly run in the red upon opening its doors. Selling a $5 advertising package will result in the owner paying $7.50 back. A $2.50 in the red from the first sale. A company can not operate in the red for long especially a company which sells their first item and is instantly in the red. Unless the company itself is making money it will eventually consume itself. Autosurfing could be the next major form of advertising for brand name companies. The potential is huge if the industry changes to a true affiliate and advertising network.

Here is how an autosurf could continue indefinitely:

Typical internet definition of an advertiser: someone who pays a company or individual to promote their site and or product.

Typical internet definition of an affiliate: someone who is paid to promote, view, click or otherwise show advertisements and get paid by doing so. (a promoter for advertisers)

Using the above premise, this is what all autosurf members are: either advertisers, affiliates or both.

A pay per click search engine is an affiliate/advertisers network.The advertiser pays the search engine .02 per click they receive. The search engine hires affiliates to also promote those links on their sites, and pays the affiliates .01 per click. The affiliates earnings are based on the advertisers spends. Both the search engine and the affiliate get 1 of the 2 cents and the advertisers receives his/her advertising.

The above example with a pay per click search engine is an example of how an autosurf has to be run in order for both the affiliates and owner to make money. Which is essential for the company to continue.

How an autosurf should be run:
1. Take the amount of advertising dollars from the previous day. Divide that total among the number of advertising packages in circulation (subtract 5% for the administration.) That total will give the value of each advertising packages for that days surfing. ie. $10000 in advertising purchases comes in on a given day. There are currently 9000 advertising packages in circulation. $10000 divided by 9000 = $1.11 - 5% = $1.06 per advertising package. This is what each affiliate/advertiser will earn per advertising package that they own for surfing that day. So if an affiliate owns 1 advertising package they would have earned $1.06 for surfing that day. If they owned 10 advertising packages they would have earned $1.06 X 10 = $10.60 for surfing that day.

2. If an advertising package has a number of days limit then you may earn too much or too little by the time it expires. So advertising packages must have a dollar amount as the expiration date. Each advertising package will expire only after you have earned $7.50 from the $5.00 advertising package. Each individual advertising package will remain active until it has earned $2.50 PROFIT.

AlertPayPro is now under this new earnings system. This may take us up to three weeks to complete, we estimate much less time but we will not cross ourselves as the previous managment has. We have also purchased another (most consider #1) autosurf and will be implementing the new model on that one as well. While we are willing to help other owners move/transition to the new system, we will not answer queries regarding this. Once all is completed on both of the new sites we have acquired we will then offer the new system on the open market.
Affiliates and Advertisers on AlertPayPro will receive updates as we convert AlertPayPro to our system. We are also auditing the AlertPayPro database to remove the errors that may or may not have been caused by the previous management. An update on the refunds for the old 13DP site

We are still getting a large number of emails regarding the refunds.
This is rather disappointing as we are working a lot of extra hours already and all information has been made available both in emails and in the members area.

We have already paid out almost $26,000 in refunds and will continue to pay as much as possible when funds are available as explained.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions below;
1. The ID’s on the 2 fullstats lists are the Payment Batch 
   ID, not your member ID.
2. Yes, your accounts are still active and you can surf, 
   upgrade, buy advertising and buy tickets for the 
   sweepstake.
3. All accounts where zeroed on July 1st prior to the 
   relaunch and a full back up of all accounts from 
   before that date has been done and is on a different 
   database for preparation of refunds!
4. If your account is deleted because of inactivity, 
   you will still receive a refund, again there are 2 
   databases. The current inactivity period is set to 
   21 days of no surf or upgrades.
5. If your Name is not on the list yet, please do not 
   worry, we are still working on the list to ensure 
   that non profit amounts go on list #1 and the balance 
   goes to list#2.

Less than a week and we will have fulfilled 4 months of operations! During these past 4 months we have maintained a paying status with no issues and this is something we are extremely proud of. Now let’s get into the updates.

Required Voting
This is an idea I adopted with out fully thinking it through and for this my apologies. As many of you know, I do care about my members and will bend over backwards for them. I was so disappointed in the turn out of votes I was just extremely disappointed and took harsh actions. I have thought it over long and hard, read every single post, and talked to several members via e-mail, phones, instant message and concluded this: Surf-Atz will never require any voting to receive what you have earned, mark my words. Instead I will be giving members the option as to when you want to get paid and tie it into the voting. There will be 4 monitors involved in this system. Rules are simple:
1) When more than 90% of members vote I will pay ALL pending cash outs with in 3 days, even week ends and holidays!

2) When 85% of members vote payouts will be done in 1-4 business days, this will excluded weekends and holidays.

3) When less than 50% of members turn out to vote, payouts will be done closer to the 7 business days allowed.

This program will take effect after July 20, 2006 requests are paid.

Higher Maximum Ad Package
I have had dozens of requests to allow for a higher maximum and I have looked over everything and decided it is time for this. Effective immediately the new max will be raised to $3,000.

Also everyone please read over the Terms and FAQs when you get a chance. We have had several emails asking questions that are all found in these articles. Make yourself familiar with these because as a few have already figured out, they are beginning to be enforced strictly. 1,000 active members over the weekend.

This is a quick update on two very important things:

#1: ALERTPAY:
For some reason, our mass payout script will NOT work with "personal"
accounts at AlertPay. If you are expecting a payment to AlertPay,
please login to your AlertPay account and click the "Upgrade" link to
upgrade to a PREMIUM ACCOUNT. We realize that this does affect your
fee structure at AlertPay and regret that; however, the change is very
small. Even if your AlertPay address is correct in your profile, the
payments will NOT work if your AlertPay account is a "Personal"
account. Login ASAP and click the "Upgrade" link. You do not need
to upgrade to a "SECURED" account ... only a "PREMIUM ACCOUNT".

#2: CHEATERS:
For those who are cheating ... you are discovered. GSS Admin Team
has added dozens of accounts to their watchlist in violation of the
IP Policy.

*If you have referred someone and they are surfing from the same IP
address, your account will be terminated.
*If you have multiple accounts using the same EGold Account Number or
AlertPay payment address, your account could be terminated.

We are giving 48 hour warning to ALL CHEATERS to clean up your
account. If you suspect that you are in violation, login to the
Members' Area and plead your case to the admin. Please DO NOT submit
a ticket unless you are concerned that you have:
1: multiple accounts using the same Payment Processor Account, or
2: multiple accounts being surfed by the same IP address, and in
each other's downline.

Granted, for many of the cheaters - those who have many "referrals"
who all are surfing from the same IP ... and who have separate
accounts, yet happen to be getting paid to the same EGold # or
AlertPay email address ... there isn't much you can "fix". Thanks
for the donation to GSS!

MEMBERS - WE ARE SERIOUS. This program will not be taken advantage
of by cheaters. We have aggressive measures in place and we are able
to tell when this is happening. BE ADVISED.

Surf-Atz is quickly growing and it is due to member support. We here invest a great amount of time and effort into managing an autosurf that will excide our members’ expectations. Our program has great plans which are only going to be possible with member support. Our last cash out date was June 30th, 2006 and we processed many cash outs. After reviewing the monitors that we have listed in our forum as well as on our homepage we noticed not a lot of people are voting after payouts. We concluded that less than 10% of members who received a payment voted afterwards. This is very disappointing seeing as how I make it a point to get payouts completed very fast. Our terms clearly state “Cash Outs will be paid with in 7 Business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding U.S. Holidays.” I have been putting in extra time and effort in processing payouts over weekends as well as paying members on the 4th of July which was the U.S. Independence Day, a national holiday. This brings be to my point of this message.

Changes are going to be made to this program to ensure support as well as stability. Do not worry, nothing drastic or unfair. Our plans are simply to help the program and after a great deal of thought I feel they are very fair. The changes for now in the program will be as follows:

We will be cracking down on enforcing the terms of the site more strictly. This means, sites that are in violation will be deleted daily as well as banned from the rotation. Please refer to our terms if you are unsure if your site is in violation of the terms. Cash outs will no longer be processed over weekends or holidays as our terms clearly state. Also in advance, please plan on cash outs also slowing down due to our growth in volume and E-Gold not offering a secure mass pay option.

Starting with July 20 cash outs members will have to have voted in our 7 selected monitors to receive their money. This will apply to members who received money from July 10 cash out. Obviously members who have not received a cash out will not be required to post a vote to receive their first cash out. Please list your member number with your votes to distinguish who voted and who didn’t. Members who did not post the required votes will have cash outs denied and will have to wait for next available date to attempt again. We are only going to require 7 different monitors, this should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. As our support grows, I will begin to add more features (ie. Random cash outs, weekend cash outs, ect.) I do not mind putting in extra work when it is appreciated. Realising the impact of their previous announcement (here's the post). The admin decided to merge AlertPayPro and AutosurfingPros into one. They are also planning to merge surfing with few other programs and only requires you to surf once for all sites.

We have some new and exciting news!

Autosurfingpros will NOT be closing.

Our programmers have found a way to merge Autosurfingpros with AlertPayPro! We are very excited about this. All accounts will simply be moved over to AlertPayPro, even if you already have an account with AlertPayPro. We have also developed a system that will let members surf from one location and surf on multiple sites!

NowDollar : Holding-off verification

Verification will only happen when we HAVE to do it.

I closed the other verification thread as it is old news. Lance has decided that while verification seems inevitable he has decided to wait until such time as the site is required to do it. He understands all the concerns and agrees that as things stand today only two sites require it. He has decided to hold off on implementation until it is clear what information the feds want and what they will do with that information. The arguments for and against acting now are farirly balanced, so he is going to do less rather than more and take a wait and see approach. He does not want to jeopardise any members personal information.

I was really hoping that Michael could pull this through but with so many paying autosurfs out there, I guess it was just a losing battle.

I regret to inform all of you that GS will officially close effective today. I have done all I can but many factors that have affected the entire AS industry has definitely taken it's toll on GS. During the the last part of May and June, I was paying out 3 times more than what was coming in on a daily basis. I had tapped into my reserves, trying to keep up with payments and hoping that the AS industry would pick up once again but it only got worse. I felt it was necessary to implement new terms, which I did, but I regret that it may have been implemented a little too late. Many programs now are implementing the same terms and I wish them luck.

I am expecting payments from other programs and will begin the refunding process to members who were not in profit until funds run out.

I thank all of my supporters for everything they have done. At least we can say that we gave it our best. GS outlasted many, but all good things come to an end eventually. Especially in this industry.

Many members have supported a relaunch of GS11. If the demand is great, I will highly consider it.

VM payouts are delayed this week due to interface problems.

Virtual Money Interface down since Friday afternoon
I just got off the phone with Lance and he asked me to tell everyone that the interface with Virtual Money for Merchant payments/transfers has been down since Friday. We have contacted Virtual Money again and they have promised us that it would be restored by 1pm CST today. Lance will then begin to resume payouts to Virtual Money. He also asked me to let you know that this interface has nothing to do with card to card transfers. This is why you have been able to upgrade. These are large "file" transfers so it is very complicated. We are waiting on Virtual Money so as soon as we can we will finish VM payouts.

Lance has also asked me to let you know that it is being mandated to us that we verify our members for tax purposes. Sorry folks but this is comming from above not from us. All members who want to remain as members at some point in the near future will have to fill out an W-8 or W-9. These forms can be found at www.irs.gov.

Again we have no choice in this matter. It is part of what is going to be changing in the surfing world.

We have no timetable as of yet as to when this will have to start, nor do we yet have a concrete plan to implement it. Please don't send in support tickets about this yet. This is just a friendly heads up to give you time to get used to the idea.
